I have almost 20 years of individual and group experience working with clients dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma (abandonment, neglect, abuse), and sexual and identity issues. I use a blend of trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and listening prayer. I hope to help clients remove blocks and obstacles to whole relating to God, self, and others.
