My faith is the foundation of both my life and my work. I believe every person is created in the image of God with inherent worth, dignity, and the capacity for healing. Even when life has been marked by trauma, loss, anxiety, shame, or broken relationships, I believe the core of who we are—the Self—still bears God’s image. My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with the person God created you to be.
Much of my work integrates parts-informed therapy with a biblical understanding of human nature. We all develop protective parts that help us survive difficult experiences. While those parts often carry fear, pain, or burdens, they are not our identity. As those burdens begin to heal, we can experience greater access to the Self—the calm, compassionate, courageous, and connected center that reflects the image of God within us. From that place, healing becomes less about striving and more about living in the freedom Christ invites us into.
For clients who desire it, I naturally integrate spiritual reflection and biblical principles into our work. My goal is never to force faith into therapy but to create a space where psychological insight and biblical truth work together to promote lasting healing. Whether we are exploring anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, or questions of identity and purpose, I strive to help clients experience both emotional restoration and a deeper connection with God.
I believe healing happens when we slow down, become curious about our stories with compassion instead of judgment, and allow God’s truth to gently transform us from the inside out.
