Life can be overwhelming, and we all need a space where we feel heard, supported, and understood. As a licensed social worker with a background in healthcare administration and clinical care, I offer a compassionate, judgment-free environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, my goal is to help you feel empowered and in control of your journey.
Our life experiences—especially our earliest ones—shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. I believe it’s essential to understand each client’s cultural identity, including race, gender, sexuality, and socioeconomic background, and how these factors have influenced their development. Negative life experiences can sometimes lead to unhelpful coping mechanisms and a distorted sense of self, contributing to anxiety, depression, shame, rejection, stress, relationship difficulties, identity struggles, grief, and intimacy concerns.
The coaching relationship itself plays a crucial role in achieving personal growth. That’s why I prioritize building a strong, trusting alliance grounded in support, validation, and acceptance. With this foundation, we can work together to explore challenges, identify patterns, and create meaningful change.
Through in-depth psychodynamic coaching, I help individuals recognize and reshape maladaptive relational patterns, fostering healthier connections with themselves and others. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone—I’m here to support you every step of the way.
