Are you or a loved one struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or questions about faith? Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to walk through it alone. My desire is to provide a safe, compassionate space where healing, growth, and hope can flourish.

I offer counseling for individuals, couples, and families. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practices, while recognizing the importance of faith in the healing journey. I believe that through God’s grace, and practical tools for growth, clients can find hope, healing, and renewed purpose.

I believe God meets us in our struggles and that counseling can be a valuable part of the healing journey. My goal is to help you experience greater emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being while discovering the hope, grace, and restoration available through Christ.

In addition to counseling, I have several years of experience as an EMT-B, Teacher, and in other mental/behavioral health settings.

My husband and I have two daughters, and we enjoy spending time together working in our yard, watching our favorite TV shows, and playing games. We also enjoy spending time with our extended family and friends.
