About
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or searching for a deeper sense of balance in your life? Many people come to counseling when stress, anxiety, or past experiences begin to affect their relationships, health, or sense of purpose. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and practical tools so you can move toward healing and growth. With 15 years of nursing experience and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Evangel University, I bring a unique perspective that blends medical knowledge with compassionate counseling. My background in healthcare has shaped a holistic approach: I believe mental, physical, and spiritual wellness are deeply connected, and lasting change happens when we honor all parts of who you are. In our work together, your personal values will always be respected.
As a Christian and part of the same home church for 28 years, my practice is safe place to land if you are looking for grow your faith and follow Christ with your whole mind. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply seeking clarity in life’s transitions, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges and discover new possibilities. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, restoring hope, and helping you feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life.
