Hello! My name is Mariah and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I know from my own journey that God can bring beauty from ashes. My passion for counseling grew out of experiencing His healing in my life, replacing shame, brokenness, and fear with hope, freedom, and a renewed identity in Christ. One of the verses that shapes my work is Isaiah 61:3, which reminds us that God gives “a crown of beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and a garment of praise for the spirit of despair.”

As a Christian therapist, I believe true healing addresses the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. In sessions, I integrate evidence-based practices like EMDR, CBT, DBT, and parts work with Biblical principles, prayer, and scripture when desired. I help clients explore the root of their struggles, renew their thinking through God’s truth, and walk in the abundant life Jesus promised in John 10:10.

I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and faith, providing a safe space to process pain, strengthen your relationship with God, and discover the freedom that comes from living in His design.
