My faith is the foundation of both my life and my work as a therapist. I come from a Christian family that experienced persecution for our faith while living in Iran, which led us to leave our home and seek safety. This journey shaped my understanding of suffering, resilience, and God’s faithfulness. Even today, I remain connected in ministry, supporting individuals and families in the Middle East through online services.

Scriptures that guide my work include Jeremiah 29:11, reminding me of God’s hopeful plans, Psalm 34:18, which speaks of His nearness to the brokenhearted, and 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, which calls us to comfort others as we have been comforted.

In therapy, I integrate Biblical principles in a respectful and client-centered way. For those who desire it, this may include prayer, scripture reflection, and exploring how faith can bring healing, identity, and hope. I also combine this with evidence-based approaches such as Brainspotting and DBT to support emotional and spiritual growth.

My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can experience both healing and restoration through truth and grace.
