Hi, I’m Maranda. If you’ve found yourself here, chances are the good ol’ “it is what it is” just isn’t cutting it anymore. While distraction and hustle culture can help us temporarily forget about painful emotional experiences, the truth is, it always ends up catching up to us. I help young adults navigate grief, reduce anxiety, and process life transitions. My approach is real and collaborative. I won’t promise overnight transformation, but I will offer a space where we can figure it out and make change happen together.

After the loss of my dad I have become very passionate about grief work. Loss can mean the death of a loved one, an end of a relationship, a major life change and much more. One thing is certain, loss causes major shifts in our lives. Together, we can make space for the words left unspoken such as guilt, confusion, and anger that lingers in the aftermath.

I use cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered approaches, but more importantly, I listen. And with that insight, I encourage and empower long-lasting change with action.
