Welcome to the grief club. Membership is automatic. The perks are terrible. No one signs up for this club. No one asks to lose someone they love, rewrite their future, or learn how to carry a pain they never expected. And yet, somehow, here we are. If you’ve found yourself here, chances are the usual “it is what it is” isn’t cutting it anymore. Maybe you’ve tried distracting yourself, staying busy, or convincing yourself you’re “fine.” Those things might help you get through the day, but grief has a way of showing up when we least expect it. Usually at inconvenient times, because apparently grief has zero respect for your schedule.

I help young adults navigate grief, anxiety, and life transitions with honesty, warmth, and a little humor. Healing isn’t about forgetting or moving on; it’s about learning to carry love and loss while finding your way forward. Grief exists because love exists. Together, we’ll make space for the pain, questions, and emotions that come after loss.

I use cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered approaches, but more importantly, I listen. And with that insight, I encourage and empower long-lasting change with action.
