Hi! I’m Lyndsay Taylor and I am a Biblical Mental Health Coach, Professional Life Coach, and Holistic Nutrition Coach in Elizabethtown, KY. I am also an author of the book and Bible Study called Belonging & Behavior: A 12 Week Connection Training for Parents & Caregivers, which is written from my experience as an adoptive mom. I am a wife of 23 years to Jack, a mom of four (now teenaged) girls, a worship leader, and a singer-songwriter.

I love to help people find joy, peace, wholeness, and abundance in life, right where they are, with the hope and wisdom of God’s Word as well as many methods I believe He has granted to us as we travel this earth. He made us mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual, and they all fit together. They also all get bruised and beaten up at times. I am here to listen and find strategies to live by for total wellness in Jesus’ Name.
