As a Christian counselor, according to 2 Peter 1:3, I believe that we all have the answers to life’s challenges within us; we may just need a little help to tap into our inner selves to bring them out. This is where I come in as a counselor to support and guide you in finding these answers.
I believe that everyone deserves to he heard and I also believe that everyone’s issues are valid. I incorporate cognitive behavioral, goal-oriented, client-centered, cultural sensitivity and psychoeducational models to assist individuals in processing life’s stressors.
Whether this is your first attempt at counseling or whether you have seen a counselor in the past, I understand that the thought of reaching out for help can sometimes be anxiety-provoking, even if it is to a person we know.
