Jesus is my center and when incorporating faith into the sessions, with the client’s permission, it makes a difference. I believe in being the hands and feet of Jesus and being a part of helping people experience the freedom of anxiety and depression. Words have power and I believe in speaking life and hope into people’s lives and situations. I incorporate evidence based practices along with the Christian faith in order to bring healing into a person’s life. I also believe in accountability when working with clients to reach their treatment goals. I work with individual adults and couples.
