My name is Lincoln Shelton, and I am the owner/Clinical Director of Higher Ground Counseling.
I am blessed to say that at HGC, we have a variety of trained, professional counselors, all who are faith-based and eager to meet you where you’re at on your journey.
Our approach at Higher Ground Counseling is grounded in best practices and evidence-based
curriculum. We are committed to providing the most effectve treatment modalites, informed
by the latest research in mental health. A key aspect of our services is the incorporaton of a
Christian worldview, which allows us to offer counseling that not only addresses psychological
and emotonal needs but also supports the spiritual beliefs and values of our clients.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, MHSP) I specialize in a range of services, including:

intensive outpatent treatment program (IOP) for substance abuse. Our goal is to provide a
supportive environment where clients can work towards recovery and regain control of their
lives.
