Hi, I’m Lina Vielma, a Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience, and I’m here to help you on your journey. As someone who is half Filipino and Navajo Native American Indian, I bring a unique blend of cultural understanding to my practice. I love my kids, my husband, and I’m a big volleyball fan and foodie!
In my work, I use humor, empathy, and validation to create a safe and supportive space for you. I’m trained in several therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy, as well as life coaching. My approach is gentle but encouraging—I’ll guide you toward meeting your goals, even when it requires effort. You won’t be alone in the process; I’ll be here with you every step of the way, supporting you with kindness and understanding.
