About
I offer individual, group, family, and couples counseling in Tennessee and Georgia through Green Pasture Counseling. Sessions are offered in-person, on the world’s softest sofa, or online. I also offer sessions in Portuguese.
I work with clients who struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, traumas, grief/loss, stress management, coping skills, burnout, self-esteem, anger management, couples and family conflicts, emotional behavioral problems. I use CBT and DBT in my practice. EMDR is the first choice for PTSD & traumas. For families and couples, Family System, IFS, EFT, SFT, SFBT, and Gottman Method are used. A Prepare & Enrich provider and trainer as well as Symbis facilitator, I help couples prepare for marriage and strengthen their relationship thereafter. In any modality cultural sensitivity is paramount as clients work towards goal setting and personal growth. Most clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within first month & improvement thereafter.
As a Christian, I like to incorporate the spiritual component when desired by clients. However, I pray for all my clients regularly in spite their believes.
