LeAnna Fowlds is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Grace Behavioral Health, where she provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals and couples seeking healing, restoration, and emotional wellness. With a deep passion for trauma recovery, relationship healing, and personal transformation, LeAnna views therapy not simply as a profession, but as a calling and ministry placed on her life by God.

Raised in a strong Christian home, LeAnna was blessed with parents who faithfully brought her to church each week. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior at the age of seven and was baptized that same summer. Throughout the many trials and seasons of life, her relationship with Christ has remained her greatest source of strength, wisdom, and perseverance.

Her faith continues to shape both her personal life and clinical work. Scriptures such as Philippians and Proverbs 31:10–31 have become foundational anchors in her heart and daily walk. When counseling fellow believers who are struggling with pain, trauma, anxiety, marriage challenges, or emotional burdens, LeAnna often incorporates biblical truth and scripture-based encouragement into the therapeutic process for those who desire faith-integrated care.

LeAnna believes true healing addresses both the emotional and spiritual aspects of a person’s life. She is deeply committed to helping individuals rediscover hope, identity, resilience, and purpose while helping couples rebuild connection, trust, and intimacy within their marriages.
