As an adolescent I dealt with a number of significant psychosocial problems, including abuse, anger and addiction. When I met the Lord I also met Christians who were non-judgmental, cared about me and helped me recover from the difficulties of childhood and early adolescence. Since that time I felt a calling and a desire to help others recover from their emotional and mental health struggles. The populations I work with include adolescents, middle adulthood, older adulthood and end of life issues.

I live in Florida and see individuals both in person and through telehealth. I was a life long Massachusetts resident and kept my license there although I see client’s through telehealth only.

Together we will work towards a healthier, more rewarding and fulfilling life. Developing a trusting relationship is the basis of any good therapeutic partnership and I believe, the most enjoyable aspect of this work. Relationship in addition to proven therapeutic techniques lay the basis for better mental health.
