Men are searching for connection, freedom, purpose and significance. Unwanted sexual practices, futility, emotional wounds and isolation get in the way of experiencing that.

Often, fears, lack of direction, and shame add to the underlying issues. Some men feel stuck in life, lacking hope and a compelling vision for their future. Couples often need communication help. They need hope and a shared vision. They need a proven plan for working through conflict.

I offer confidential coaching, help and hope.  As a certified life and recovery coach, I work to make each session feel safe, actionable, and practical.

I am based in Dallas-Ft Worth area, but I offer telehealth sessions for any out of my area.  I have mentored men for over 25 years. I have been in full time discipleship ministry for many decades. I am partnered with Rooted in Hope Counseling in Fort Worth, TX.
