Kyrbie enjoys working with women who are walking through seasons of depression, anxiety, loss, anger, relationship struggles, and difficulty with life adjustments. Kyrbie collaborates with clients to identify and enlist their internal strengths and resources to approach life’s challenges. She believes that each person has their own story that has shaped what they are currently experiencing. Through her work, she strives to foster a safe space where clients can tell their story, gain insight into how that has impacted them, and create a new reality that is more fulfilling. Kyrbie utilizes various therapeutic approaches including CBT, solution focused therapy, and aspects of emotional regulation therapy and DBT to foster healthy coping. She also offers Christian gospel-centered therapy for clients interested in integrating faith into their healing process. She currently only offers virtual client visits to Texas residents. . She accepts most major insurance providers including Aetna, Tricare, BSWH, BCBS, United/UMR, and Optum.
