I primarily practice Coherence Therapy, a neuroscience-based approach that works to identify and transform the deeply held emotional and spiritual beliefs at the root of ongoing struggles such as anxiety, trauma, and tenacious personal or relational patterns. My primary goal as a therapist is to move beyond superficial symptom reduction and facilitate deep, lasting change within a biblical framework, addressing issues at their root so that clients find freedom and become more connected to God and more like Christ.
