Vacation Bible School was essential to my Christianity. I was saved at age 9 during VBS. I was the first person in my family to become a Christian. I was open to sharing my faith with my family and many of my family members have become Christians. I really grew in my faith in college through a college group. I claimed Romans 8:28 as my life verse. Knowing that God works all things out for the good of those who love Him according to HIs purpose has left me less stressed about life issues and has helped me with trusting God instead of myself in my personal and professional life.
