Brief personal testimony- raised catholic until a falling out with the church when I was teenager wherein we stopped attending. For years I sought love, truth and value in different religions and relationships. When my daughter was born, I found myself longing even more for a ‘church.’ Invited by friends, I attended a large nondenominational church. I could not stop crying during worship, feeling embarrassed but also knew I was touched by God’s love, so indescribable and overwhelmingly good and real. I asked mentors about it and was led to the Lord and into understanding a relationship with Jesus as personal Lord and Savior. I never looked back 🙂

My philosophy of biblical counseling is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can be honest with themselves and with God as they wrestle with and work through hurts, trauma, behavioral patterns, life choices, and spiritual questions. I seek to help people understand and live in their identity in Christ and the character of God, guiding them with a clear scriptural foundation toward purpose and fulfillment in Him. My goal is to help individuals understand their needs then align their values and choices with Biblical truth, experiencing holistic healing and freedom as they grow closer to God and stronger and more mature in their faith.
