Christian Counseling + Life & Wellness Coaching
Serving clients nationally via telehealth appointments from Houston, Texas as a Board Certified Christian Counselor, Certified in Crisis & Trauma Care, Certified SYMBIS Marriage Counseling Facilitator, Certified Health & Life Coach, and an Ordained Nondenominational Minister. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of North Texas, attended Southeastern University’s Seminary-Barnett’s School of Ministry & Theology, and hold a Master’s degree in Christian Counseling & Leadership. Utilizing the salve of God’s Hope to empower sustainable life change through our 3-Fold separation from God, Self, & Others, together, we will embrace self-discovery of mind, body, and spirit through God’s design.
Welcome –
I see we have found one another along this journey. And I am so glad we did.
God has many great places for us to go together. We will learn, grow, and heal through practical and sustainable life change that is equipped through God’s Word. And I am sure glad we found one another.
Scripture tells us that as a people we suffer and struggle through specific types of separation:
1. From God, 2. From Ourselves, and 3. And from Others
Therefore, we cannot heal one area and find life change and wholeness. Each area is intricately interconnected to the others. We must restore all parts together through God’s design for full healing. Bravery in hand, and into the deep waters we go together to restore spiritual, mental, and physical health, and our relationships with others.
It is here we unlock God’s Freedom in this life. In vulnerability, and together. Starting now.
