I was raised in the church and accepted the Lord, Jesus Christ as my savior as a child. I followed in water baptism as a teen.  I strongly believe in the power of prayer and I will encourage client to use it. I believe that faith is an incredible resource for people to use. I also recommended involvement in a church to help with developing a support system. I believe that counseling others is the vocation that God intended me to work in as it has blessed and enriched my life.

Christians are not immune from depression, anxiety, grief and trauma. Therapy will provide a safe space for you to discuss your thoughts and fears and work towards resolution and recovery. I use biblical principles along with evidenced based treatments such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. I move at your pace and develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your goals. This is not a one size fits all approach. I utilize various treatment approaches to help you achieve your desired outcome.
