Kelly enjoys being a therapist and getting to help her clients overcome their struggles. Kelly believes that it is truly an honor to watch their journey and she enjoys cheering her clients on and watching them be successful in achieving their goals. She likes to collaborate with her clients and teach them the tools to overcome anxiety and fear. Kelly utilizes a strengths-based perspective and tries to bring out the positive qualities in her clients. Kelly's clients would describe her as positive and bubbly.
Kelly has been a Licensed Clinicial Social Worker since 2012. She has experience treating clients with Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Agoraphobia, Illness-Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobia, Post-Partum Depression/Anxiety/OCD, and Major Depressive Disorder. She is a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional through Evergreen Certifications. Kelly is a member of the International Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Foundation (IOCDF) and frequently attends IOCDF seminars. She has advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy.
Kelly is a wife and a mother of four children, ages 3-12. In her free time, she enjoys the beach, dancing, and spending time with her family. Kelly is a Christian and is happy to provide Christian counseling, if requested by the client.
