Hi, I am Kelly Gutowski. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over two decades of experience, I believe it’s no coincidence you’re here. Making time for yourself is an act of courage, and I’m honored to support you as you take this step toward the life you were created for.

My Approach to Healing

My clinical approach is built on a holistic Mind-Body-Spirit framework. I use evidence-based tools like CBT to renew the mind and EMDR to release trauma stored in the body. Together, we can also engage the Spirit through prayer and Scripture to bring lasting restoration to your soul. This is a place where you can finally be vulnerable, get to the root of the pain, and change your story for good.

Drawing from my deep background as a therapist, behavioral health leader, coach, associate pastor, and mentor, my practice is rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity to flourish. While I specialize in helping Christian women navigate the complexities of trauma, anxiety, and compassion fatigue, my door is open to any adult seeking an integrated, faith-based, trauma-informed approach to mental health.
