About

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” – Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)

This verse has given me constant strength and motivation throughout my Christian walk including guidance towards becoming a therapist who integrates Christian principles with various therapeutic techniques.

I work with adults who struggle with trauma, betrayal, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and couples with marital issues. Therapeutic techniques I use in my work include CBT, DBT, EMDR, Inner-Child, and Attachment Theory along with Christian principles and scripture.
