As a therapist my goal is the help people to reach personal fulfillment, encouraging people to be the most authentic version of themselves. The focus is on mental, emotional and physical health, working to achieve a sense of wholeness while managing difficult life situations. Integrative therapy that leads with empathy and unconditional positive regard, a person-centered approach. The goal is to help a person explore elements of past and present, taking into account the interconnection between thoughts, feelings, behaviors, physical body, symptoms and spirituality.
Compassionate about guiding people to work through a variety of challenges; including, but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders; depression, bipolar disorders and borderline personality disorders, eating disorders, substance use, trauma and stress-related disorders; PTSD, ASD and ADHD.
Integrating therapies and strategies to implement change and personal growth; CBT, DBT, Exposure Therapy, Interpersonal therapy, Mindfulness techniques, Psychodynamic therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Grief-Work.
