With nearly 30 years of counseling experience, I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, practical tools, and hope. As a Christian counselor, I specialize in helping adolescents and adults with ADHD and anxiety, integrating evidence-based approaches with biblical principles when clients desire a faith-centered perspective.

My work is also shaped by my personal experiences. As the parent of a child with autism and someone living with a chronic health condition, I understand the resilience required to face ongoing challenges. These experiences have deepened my empathy and strengthened my commitment to walking alongside others with grace, understanding, and encouragement.

The name Endurance Counseling is inspired by the Apostle Paul’s words in Romans 5:3–5, where we are reminded that “suffering produces endurance, endurance produces character, and character produces hope.” I am also encouraged by 2 Corinthians 4:8–9, which reminds us that although we may be hard pressed, we are never abandoned by God. These truths are the foundation of my practice: that even in life’s most difficult seasons, hope endures, God is faithful, and healing and growth are possible.
