As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Health Service Provider Associate (LPC-MHSP(A)), my work is rooted in a trauma‑informed, evidence‑based approach that integrates the wisdom of psychology with the hope and truth of Scripture.

I believe every person carries both wounds and worth. My role is to create a sanctuary‑level environment where clients can breathe, settle, and safely explore the places that feel overwhelming or tender. Healing is not rushed here; it is shepherded with clinical excellence, spiritual discernment, and deep respect for the image of God in every client.

My practice blends research‑supported modalities with a faith-forward lens, helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, identity, relationship strain, and the lingering impact of past experiences. I hold space with warmth, clarity, and collaboration—trusting that restoration is possible, and that God meets us in the very places we seek to heal.

I offer in-person sessions at our beautiful counseling center in the heart of Middle Tennessee, serving Murfreesboro and surrounding areas. I offer virtual or telehealth sessions anywhere in Tennessee from the comfort of your own home.

My mission is to honor God by helping others, through the power of the Holy Spirit, to renew their mind (Rom 12:2, Phil 4:8), heal their heart (Ps 147:3, Isa 61:1), and reclaim their freedom (Joel 2:25, John 8:36).
