I grew up in a church going family, with two of my uncles becoming pastors.  I made the decision to ask Jesus to come into my life when I was 7 years old and was baptized that same year.  I was the first person in my immediate family to be baptized and have carried my faith with me throughout my life.  I now have three children of my own whom I have done my best to instill the teachings of God in and the love of God in their lives.  A few of my favorite verses are: Philippians 4:13: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, Joshua 24:15: As for me and my house we will serve the Lord and Philippians 4:6: Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God. I utilize Bible verses, study journals, experiences and sermons that have impacted me to name a few things that I utilize in my sessions to help others.
