I am a mental health therapist with five years of experience providing compassionate and effective care to clients from all walks of life. I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health support, and I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
My Approach
I take a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual is unique and has their own set of strengths and challenges. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.1 My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, and I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based2interventions.

I am a Registered mental health therapist in the state of Florida I received my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University and have been practicing therapy for five years. I am committed to continuing my education and staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health.
Additional Information
I am a member of the United Way women and am actively involved in the mental health community. I am passionate about reducing the stigma associated with mental illness and increasing access to mental health care.
