I am a Licensed Christian Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor.  I have a private practice, and I treat individuals, couples and families.  I have been practicing for over 5 years, and I recently began my PhD pursuit in Counselor Education Supervision.  I believe that faith in Jesus Christ is fundamental to our physical, mental and emotional health and I guide my clients in establishing and/or affirming that foundation in their life while navigating the symptoms they are experiencing from trauma, anxiety, or depression.  I utilize person-centered; CBT; Reality THerapy; and Biblical principles in my treatment plans with each client depending on their needs.  I also facilitate a weekly women’s group focused on providing support through Bible study and discussion, and a weekly recovery group.
