As a Christian and a therapist, I believe true healing addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I blend professional clinical counseling with Godly insights to help break free from unhelpful patterns. Whether clients are dealing with mental health issues, relationship struggles, or spiritual doubt, I will walk through the process with them rooted in grace, truth, and clinical expertise. Every dimension of the human experience can be profoundly impacted by the truths of Scripture and transformed through a personal, authentic relationship with the Lord.

I believe in a client centered approach, therefore I am passionate about building a relationship based on trust, safety, and understanding.  My goal is to help clients build deep self-awareness, master essential coping skills, and cultivate strong support systems they can confidently use in daily life.  Because Jesus is the center of my life, I truly believe that deep and lasting healing can be found in and through Him.
