Hi, I’m Jasmine Marshall, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University, and I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, individuals, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing, growth, and restoration.
I take a compassionate, collaborative, and faith-informed approach to therapy. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you with empathy, encouragement, and grace as you build resilience and discover your strengths.
My clinical approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs. I utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Family and Marital Systems, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, Trauma-Focused interventions, and Grief Counseling.
My faith is an important part of who I am and how I support others. I was raised in the church, but there came a point in my life where I had to develop my own personal relationship with God. I had to move beyond simply knowing about Him through my upbringing and truly come to know Him for myself. Through that journey, I began to understand what it means to be His daughter, to trust in His promises, and to walk by faith. That personal relationship continues to shape how I show up for my clients—with compassion, humility, and hope.
One of the scriptures that guides my work is Psalm 34:18: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” This verse reminds me that God is near in our pain, and it inspires me to be present with my clients in their most vulnerable moments.
I thoughtfully integrate biblical principles into therapy for clients who desire it, incorporating faith alongside clinical tools to support healing. Whether through encouragement rooted in scripture, exploring identity and purpose, or strengthening spiritual coping, I aim to align the therapeutic process with your values and beliefs.
I am committed to supporting your emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being. My goal is to help you develop healthy coping skills, strengthen your relationships, and find hope and healing through both evidence-based practices and faith-centered support.
