My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of who I am and greatly influences the way I approach counseling. I believe that every person is created with inherent worth and dignity and that healing often happens when we feel truly seen, known, and supported. One of the verses that continually guides my work is Romans 12:10, “Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.” I also find encouragement in Psalm 34:18, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

My personal testimony is one of experiencing God’s faithfulness through both joyful seasons and difficult ones. Through my own journey, I have learned that growth and healing are often a process, and I am passionate about walking alongside others with compassion, humility, and hope.

I enjoy integrating faith into counseling for clients who desire it. This may include incorporating Biblical principles, prayer, Scripture, and discussions about spiritual struggles or identity in Christ. At the same time, I respect each client’s individual beliefs and pace, creating a space where they feel safe, accepted, and empowered. My goal is to help clients develop practical tools, deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and find hope and healing while recognizing that lasting transformation involves emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my husband and husky, exploring new local coffee shops and places, staying active and spending time outdoors, pursuing overall wellness, and growing in my faith through daily time with God.
