Heike offers a warm, grace-filled space where clients feel safe to be seen, heard, and supported. With experience in both mental and physical health, she brings a holistic perspective to care, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit in the healing process.

She works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of concerns, including relationship distress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, marital strain, parenting challenges, codependency, self-worth, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and the effects of narcissistic abuse. Heike also supports clients navigating divorce, blended family dynamics, identity concerns, and communication difficulties. With compassion, wisdom, and steadiness, she walks alongside those moving through painful and complex seasons, offering care that makes room for both emotional healing and spiritual reflection.

Heike’s work is grounded in a tailored, client-centered approach that honors the dignity, story, and God-given value of each person. She is trained in trauma-focused CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR, and is informed in IFS (“parts work”). Through a collaborative process, she helps clients develop personalized treatment plans aligned with their goals, values, and desired growth. Drawing from mindfulness, positive psychology, and self-acceptance practices, she supports clients in moving beyond anxiety, depression, self-limiting beliefs, and the feeling of being stuck. For clients who desire it, Heike thoughtfully integrates faith into the counseling process as a source of hope, healing, and deeper meaning.

Heike is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She remains committed to continued professional growth through advanced training and is a member of the LPCA and AACC.
