Gwendolyn is dedicated to empowering individuals, couples, and families to enrich their lives and relationships utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Marriage Intensive therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure therapy (PE), Substance Use therapy, and pre-marital counseling. Gwendolyn holds a Master’s in Counseling in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Sam Houston State University. She offers couples counseling and workshops for premarital to married couples, including communication, trust & honesty, infidelity, family conflicts, divorce, and individual counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief, work-life balance, career counseling, and life coaching.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Gwendolyn finds joy in gardening, sewing, playing the piano, and bowling. She enjoys spending time with her family, including two adult children and four grandchildren. She has a beloved Labradoodle and passionately supports the NBA Denver Nuggets.
