My experience of 35 + mentoring and investing in the others led me to pursue a more formal education. I recognized a growing need for incorporating more faith into counseling. In 2016 I began the process to become a Certified Biblical Counselor. Once completing my certification I started working with individuals and felt at home working with others through difficult circumstances and helping them find peace and freedom. I continued my education by attending seminary, becoming Certified in Trauma Informant Care, and pursued my Master is Mental Health and Wellness. I continue to take classes to gain skills to address the needs of my clients.
