The Lord has blessed me with the ability to share my experience, strength, and hope with others to help them find healing and recovery. My past includes multiple traumas, sexual violence, domestic abuse, and years of active addiction to drugs and alcohol. I currently have over 31 1/2 years of continuous sobriety and remain an active member of a 12-step community.

Recently, I graduated with my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a 3.94 GPA and remained on the Dean’s List throughout my studies. For the past 30 years, I have helped others as a mentor, peer support, and sponsor. Since graduation and attaining my license as an LAC, I have been seeing individuals for private sessions for addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma therapy in addition to leading group therapies several times a week. I am a Certified Neuro Affective Relational Model (NARM) therapist treating those affected by developmental trauma. My studies of NARM will continue until I achieve an advanced Master NARM Therapist certification.

Additionally, I am a Veteran of the Air Force and Navy with almost 7 years of service and am active in the veteran community. Currently, I am a member of The Salt River Military Women (SRMW), Unit #155, of Military Women Across the Nation (MWAM). Former leadership roles include 2nd National VP, Arizona State Director, Unit President, Unit Treasurer, and Unit Secretary.

Most of my clients learn their true identity in Christ as a way to tap into a source of personal power and deepen their faith. I am a published author of 4 books on Amazon, all based on my healing and recovery journey. My main book is ‘A Good Brainwashing, book and workbook,’ which teaches people how to create their own personal recordings of affirmations and scripture for every area of their lives. This program is a cornerstone of recovery and healing for both addiction and mental health challenges. Additionally, I teach workshops on this book, both online and in person, to professional organizations and non-profits several times a year.
