I am a Certified Neuro Affective Relational Model (NARM) therapist treating those affected by developmental trauma. I am registered for training for certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) to help clients reduce the symptoms of anxiety, sexual abuse, grief, obsessive-compulsive thinking, PTSD, and more. ART is a brief modality therapy that uses eye movement to quickly aid clients in resolving their issues.

Additionally, I am a Veteran of the Air Force and Navy with almost 7 years of service and am active in the veteran community. Currently, I am an officer in The Salt River Military Women (SRMW), Unit #155, of Military Women Across the Nation (MWAM). Former leadership roles include 2nd National VP, Arizona State Director, Unit President, Unit Treasurer, and Unit Secretary.

Most of my clients learn their true identity in Christ as a way to tap into a source of personal power and deepen their faith. I am a published author of 4 books on Amazon, all based on my healing and recovery journey. My main book is ‘A Good Brainwashing, book and workbook,’ which teaches people how to create their own personal recordings of affirmations and scripture for every area of their lives. This program is a cornerstone of recovery and healing for both addiction and mental health challenges. Additionally, I teach workshops on this book, both online and in person, to professional organizations and non-profits several times a year.
