I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Perinatal Mental Health specialist who entered this work through both professional training and personal refining. After experiencing postpartum anxiety and depression, I came to understand in a deeper way how intimately God meets us in seasons of vulnerability. That journey shaped not only my motherhood, but also my calling to walk alongside parents navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional transitions of family life.

One of the scriptures that anchors my work is Psalm 139. The reminder that we are “fearfully and wonderfully made” and fully known by God speaks directly to the heart of therapy. Many clients come in feeling ashamed, misunderstood, disconnected from themselves, or their relationships—including God. Psalm 139 reflects the truth that they are already known, already seen, and already valued by their Creator, even in struggle. It also reminds us that God is present in every place we find ourselves, including anxiety, grief, doubt, and exhaustion.

In counseling, I integrate Biblical principles with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and attachment-informed care. For clients who desire faith integration, we may incorporate prayer, reflection on Scripture, and spiritual grounding practices alongside practical tools for emotional regulation, thought reframing, and relational growth. My aim is to create a space where clinical excellence and Christian faith work together—supporting mothers and fathers in healing, growth, and faithful stewardship of the lives entrusted to them.
