Life can be hard. And when we experience those tough times it’s good to have a place of safety that inspires growth, hope and a healthy outlook. That’s what I strive to offer for all those I meet with. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Georgia and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with over 17 years of experience in counseling. I work with adult individuals and couples and specialize in offering Christian counseling. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, using cognitive -behavioral therapy, person-centered, solution focused and faith-based positive psychology with clients. I offer individualized treatment planning to help clients identify and reach their life goals. My goal is to offer a safe and comfortable environment where clients can share freely and openly, where they can be heard, understood and challenged toward their goals. I offer support and encouragement alongside healthy tools, new techniques and honed skills. Topics I aid clients in navigating include: depression, anxiety, healthy boundaries, strong relational skills, self-esteem, improved communication and various presentations of grief, infidelity recovery, marriage enrichment, spiritual growth and formation and more. I am also a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator  – a program which provides a thorough pre-marital counseling curriculum and marriage check-ups.
