My approach to counseling and coaching is centered around the belief that every client is unique and deserves personalized attention. I have a passion for helping Christian women navigate the challenges of life and grow closer to God in the process.
     As an LPC, my virtual counseling approach means that I can work with clients all over the state of Texas, making counseling more accessible and convenient.  I prefer to use CBT and client-centered counseling.  I have experience working many issues, including: stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and relationship issues.  Together we can work to set goals that will illuminate your path towards hope, faith, and healing.

     My virtual coaching services are available to clients nationwide.  We will talk through and set goals for your future that will help you take the next steps that Christ has laid out for you.
