I believe that focusing on the promises of God is healing, and that all God’s promises are Yes and Amen in Christ Jesus. When we receive Jesus as our personal Savior, we receive all of God’s precious promises, for example:
Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righeous right hand.
