My journey into counseling began in my own youth, during a season when I deeply experienced the Lord’s comfort through His Word, His Spirit, and the Christian community around me. Through those trials, I felt a clear calling to become a helper to the brokenhearted. This calling led me to a life built around 2 Corinthians 1:3-4: “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.”
Driven by this mission, I pursued specialized education to seamlessly integrate professional mental health care with Christian values and beliefs. Today, I am a licensed clinician with nearly two decades of experience as a therapist.
I specialize in helping Christian clients work through personal hurdles and life challenges that keep them from experiencing a full, fruitful life. My ultimate goal is to help you heal so that you can confidently go out into your world to love and serve others.
In our sessions, you will find a warm, compassionate, and entirely non-judgmental environment. Clients frequently tell me that they find it easy to open up, feel safe, and do the meaningful work of healing by my side. No matter what you are facing, you do not have to walk through it alone.
