My faith shapes the way I understand people, as deeply valued, created with purpose, and worthy of compassion even in the hardest parts of their story. I believe God meets us in places of pain, uncertainty, and change, and that healing often includes learning to hold both truth and grace at the same time. One scripture that especially guides my work is Psalm 139, which reminds me how fully known and intentionally created each person is. In therapy, I integrate Biblical principles and prayer when clients desire it, while also using evidence-based approaches to help them better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
