I am a Board Certified Christian Counselor with the Family Counseling Center of Middle TN, who works with teens through adults facing depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges, including couples and marriage counseling. Scripture reminds us, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Rom 3:23), yet there is hope for change. As a Marine Corps veteran, I bring structure, honesty, and compassion into each session. I believe no one is beyond redemption, and I offer a safe, supportive space to help you heal, grow, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
My approach is Christ-centered, solution-focused, and practical, helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and take meaningful steps forward. The ultimate goal of Christian Counseling is to heal and grow towards Christ.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn, you’re not alone. Even Jesus wept (John 11:35), showing that our God and Savior understands deep emotion and pain.
