About
I am Dr. Ruth Charles, Executive Leadership Coach, Licensed Brain Health Trainer (Amen Clinics), Board Certified Christian Counselor, and Holistic Mental Health Professional. My journey to this work was shaped by GOD’S faithfulness through my own seasons of pain, healing, and restoration. I believe that true wholeness comes only through CHRIST, and that HIS Word is the foundation for every breakthrough my clients experience.
My approach to counseling is rooted in Scripture, brain science, and evidence-based practice. I am guided by Psalm 23:3, GOD restores the soul and Isaiah 40:31, which reminds us that those who wait on the LORD will renew their strength. I walk with my clients through life’s most difficult transitions, including marriage challenges, divorce recovery, grief, trauma, and leadership pressures, helping them reclaim purpose, healing, and wholeness from a place of Biblical truth.
I do not separate faith from healing. In every session, I honor GOD as the ultimate Healer and COUNSELOR, and I use HIS Word as the lens through which we pursue lasting transformation.
