I am a Board-Certified Pastoral Counselor (BCPC), Board-Certified Master Life Coach (BCLC), and Board-Certified Master Mental Health Coach (BCMMHC) with the International Board of Christian Care, which is a division of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). I am also a certified NeuroMindfulness® Coach Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Coach, and Relational Spirituality Coach. In addition, I am a licensed minister and have been involved with coaching and Christian ministry in varying capacities for the past ten years.
I am a member of the International Christian Coaching Association, the American Association of Christian Counselors, and the Christian Association for Psychological Studies. I am also an Affiliate Member with the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate.
My style is eclectic and creative. I integrate Christian spirituality into my coaching practice. I adapt my approach depending on the client and draw from several modalities. I have experience and training with theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Strength-Based, Enneagram, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, Positive Psychology, Co-Active Coaching, and Inner Healing Prayer. I am also trained in two modalities for couples: Prepare and Enrich & the Hope Focused Approach.
