Dr. Skinner is the Executive Director and Director of Counseling for the Christian Counseling Services, a part of the Christian Family & Children’s Center with two offices, one in Donegal, PA and one in Champion, PA.
He has been with the Center since 1981 and practices with individuals, families, and children. He is a marriage and family specialist, but works actively in other areas with individuals. His background is in Developmental Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, his Masters is in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College, and his Doctorate is in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University.
