My faith in Christ is the foundation of both my personal life and the way I approach counseling. Over the years, God has used seasons of growth, surrender, refinement, and healing to deepen my understanding of grace, identity, and the importance of authentic connection with Him and others. Through my own journey, I have learned that lasting transformation often begins with greater self-awareness, humility, and dependence on God rather than striving or perfectionism.

One of the scriptures that continually guides both my life and clinical work is Epistle to the Philippians 4:6–13. This passage reflects the balance of emotional honesty and spiritual trust, encouraging us to bring our worries to God while learning contentment, resilience, and reliance on His strength. I am also encouraged by the Proverbs 31 woman — not as a picture of perfection, but as an example of a woman who leads with wisdom, strength, compassion, diligence, and reverence for God while caring for the people entrusted to her.

In my practice, I especially enjoy helping clients develop greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of the core motivations, patterns, and wounds that may be impacting their relationships, emotional health, and spiritual life. I strive to create a compassionate and emotionally safe environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I thoughtfully incorporate Biblical principles, prayer, scripture, discussions about identity in Christ, grace, forgiveness, boundaries, emotional healing, and spiritual growth into the counseling process. My goal is never to force faith into sessions, but to integrate clinical insight and Biblical truth in a way that supports healing, growth, and deeper connection with God and others.
